I know times are hard for so many right now, but if you are able and looking for a place to give, may I be so bold as to ask you to consider this one? As a mother of daughters, my heart is breaking for this sweet one.

❤️ Community, this one matters. ❤️

This year we want to rally around an Olathe North High School senior who is going through the unimaginable. She recently lost her father. She was his sole caretaker. She is currently living with a wonderful family.

We are collecting gift cards (local restaurants & grocery stores) and wrapped gifts a high school girl would love (clothing size Medium).

We can also take Venmo ( it is my personal venmo, you’ll see my face in the app- 3607 is the last 4)- see code in COMMENTS! This can help her pay for important things like cremation costs etc.

As you’re out shopping this week, please consider adding something extra to your cart. Even a small gesture can make a big difference and remind her she’s not alone.

One of my favorite classes of the whole entire year is when I con Mr. Jess into coming in and playing his bass for us!! Gah! I love it so much!! How often do you get to see tiny babies with the biggest instrument in the orchestra? Not often enough I would say!!

Get excited!! It's time for our Festive Pajama Party!! Wear your most festive pajamas to class this week as we will celebrate the holiday season.

PS - Mr. Jess is coming to FamJam, Creative Toddlers and Creative Preschoolers this week to play his upright bass for us!! It's one of my FAVORITE classes. AH!

My creative angel babies!! Not only is this our Festive Pajama Party week, but it is also the last week of this session of classes (minus you Monday evening classes - you gotta come back and see me next Monday too, to make up for our snow day)!!

What does that mean?? It means it is the PERFECT time to try out a class because our sessions are prorated and you don't pay for a class that's already happened. WHICH means instead of the normal drop-in rate of $17 per child, you can come for the normal session class rate ($13.50 for creative classes, $14 for Kids Yoga and Process Art). You get the best bang for your buck!!

You all… I’ve edited this video twice now and I haven’t the bandwidth to do it again and/or figure out why it sounds like that… 😩😩😩 SO we are embracing the fact that perfection is a myth and letting our imperfect flag fly for we are not going to let perfect be the enemy of good.

Thus, I give you a new coffee chat with my beloved mug that I accidentally dropped and broke after recording this.
