As you enter your postpartum era, it's just as important to care for yourself as it is for your little one. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ Here at Intun ChiroCare, we believe in a holistic, well-rounded approach to postpartum care that supports both your physical recovery and emotional well-being.
๐Ÿฒ Nutrition: Fuel your body with nourishing foods that aid in recovery and energy levels. Think whole grains, lean proteins, and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
๐Ÿ˜Œ Rest: Listen to your body and rest as much as you can. Do your best to rest and rejuvenate when the baby sleeps, and don't hesitate to ask for help so you can recharge.
๐Ÿ’– Emotional Support: Surround yourself with a supportive community. Postpartum can be a rollercoaster of emotions, and it's okay to seek help through friends, family, or professional counseling.
๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Physical Care: Gentle exercise, like walking or yoga, can help your body heal and strengthen. It also supports your mental well-being!
๐Ÿค Chiropractic Adjustments: Incorporate chiropractic care to alleviate postural strains, restore pelvic balance, and boost nervous system function, aiding overall recovery and well-being.

We are here to help you feel supported during your postpartum journey and beyond!

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Spread the word: "The University of Wisconsin-Madison Prevention Research Center is looking for people to participate in a research study to understand what a doula program for people in prison or jail should look like.

It will center the lived experiences and expertise of doulas and people who were incarcerated in Wisconsin during their pregnancy.

The goal of the project is to co-design a Wisconsin doula project for people who are pregnant or give birth while they are in jail or prison."

Participants from all over the state are welcome.
