Just a quick little FYI in the land of soda shops 🥤 on every corner and only because we care about your health... look at these FACTS....
What happens to your body when you drink a soda? 😳😱🤢
10 minutes: 10 teaspoons sugar hit your system. The only reason you don't vomit is the added phosphoric acid! 🤮
20 minutes: Liver goes into overdrive and starts turning sugar into fat 😬
45 minutes: Brain raises dopamine levels - the same reaction as heroin🤯
60 minutes: Acid in soda binds to calcium, magnesium and zinc which pushes them out of your body (hello osteoporosis) 😢 This causes nutrient depletion. You need calcium, magnesium and zinc to function properly.

Yep it’s an Aloe Vera plant... so what about it?

Did you know that when Aloe is taken with vitamin C, the body is able to absorb over 304% more of the vitamin C as opposed to just taking with water.
