so Copenhagens aren't feeling too hot for your pelvis?

p***c symphysis dysfunction is common in pregnancy and postpartum, it's also treatable

the stronger we are through our abductors, adductors, hip rotators, and pelvic floor going into pregnancy the better

but if things are a bit off or gapped , modifications and pelvic floor PT can make a world of difference 🩷

save these for if you ever need a modification

A well functioning pelvic floor is one that fires, adapts, and lengthens automatically

It's something that should happen without you having to think about it

But when things aren't working well, it can take a lot of mental focus and attention to rebuild that coordination

Your muscles adapt to how you train. If you only ever do controlled lifts, your pelvic floor may be strong and have fair endurance, but it may struggle to react to fast changes in forces (like coughing, jumping, catching)

If you only train concentrically and in forward/lateral motions than your pelvic floor main not be flexible enough to store energy like a spring or have good control for rotation

Pelvic floor training is not one size fits all. If you're struggling to make progress, let's talk about what's a mistake in your training

✨ GIRL TALK! ✨

This is your permission slip to get curious about your body…

To ask the questions you’ve been too afraid to say out loud…

To reconnect with a part of yourself that deserves way more attention 💫

To say I'm not broken and wine + l**e is not the answer to everything

We’re bringing women together for a night that’s equal parts education, empowerment, and fun 🪴

Think:

🍷 Wine + charcuterie
🛋️ Cozy sectional, comfy jammies, girls night energy
💬 Real conversations (nothing is off limits)
🧠 Understanding your brain + pleasure (with a s*x therapist)
🩺 Learning your pelvic floor + how it actually impacts pleasure + function
✨ Guided activities to help you reconnect with pleasure

This isn’t clinical.

This isn’t awkward.

This is the stuff we should have been taught all along.

Whether you’re postpartum, feeling disconnected, or just ready to learn more about your body—this space is for you.

Come as you are. Leave feeling empowered, informed, and way more in tune with yourself 🤍

side plank struggles?
I got you!
please excuse my voice, been out of the office with a cold 😷
remember it's always better to take a modification and actually feel the work in your core than muscle through and feel like you are cheating

and if it feels easy, time to spice things up 🔥

save this for your next workout 🙌
