Linda is the voice in your head berating you

Telling you you’re not good enough

Telling you to take the extreme route

The one holding you back from moving forward

Tell her you’re not interested✌🏼

Something > nothing

Also, you may want to revisit that meal prep approach👀

What’s keeping you stuck isn’t a lack of perfection, it’s a lack of feeling confident in the imperfection.

You have to know how to pivot and adapt.

Part of being successful in that is knowing who you want to be, what you value, and how you want to show up.

What part are you missing?

Don’t let your brain get the best of you…

Not to mention, there is a MASSIVE benefit to doing things when life is chaotic…

If you can learn how to navigate it then, when life is a bit slower it’s a piece of cake. 🍰

Master the chaos, and everything else shall be easy

Reminder to double check who set the rules that you find yourself following 🙃

Remember that you’re never seeing the full@picture of someone else’s journey before using it as a grading scale for yourself.

Rather, explore whether something they’re doing may be something to implement in your own life.

That voice in your head that never stops bringing you down?

Give her a name, then tell her to kindly stfu🙃

The croissant wasn’t the problem. It never was.

It was years of being taught that food has to be earned. That eating something “indulgent” means you did something wrong. That you need to compensate, restrict, or start over tomorrow.

None of that is true. But you’ve been told it long enough that it feels like it is.

Here’s what I want you to know: guilt was never the thing that was going to get you to your goals. Intention was. Trust was. Learning to make choices that actually feel good, not just ones that follow someone else’s rules.

That’s the work. And it’s so much more sustainable than anything a diet ever gave you.

Save this for the next time food guilt hits.
