Time to start ramping up the mileage 🫡

Pleasantly surprised with how this went, still hard but definitely doable.

I learned that I need to actually start mapping out runs rather than just going until I hit X miles lol. Are we just using Google maps for that? Lemme know

I’m pretty excited to see how running unfolds for me this year. I’ll still be strength training as well, but this will be my priority focus!
