Take the Washington State Food Security Survey to help state and community organizations identify needs and distribute services. It takes 15-20 minute to complete.
Take the Washington State Food Security Survey!
The University of Washington and Washington State University created the Washington State Food Security Survey (WAFOOD) to learn about the economic wellbeing and food access of Washington State residents. Information gathered with this survey will help state and community organizations identify needs and support resource allocation for Washingtonians. The current iteration of the survey is now live and ready to take!
You may access the online survey here: https://redcap.link/WAFOOD6
It should take about 15 or 20 minutes to complete and can be taken on a computer, smartphone, or tablet. This survey will ask questions about your health, food access, and economic needs, with the goal of learning more about how WA residents are dealing with current economic disruptions. All Washington State residents who are 18 years or older may participate.
Upon completing the survey, you will have the option to provide an email address to enter a drawing for 1 of 100 gift cards ($50 each). Entering the drawing is optional, and you can participate in the survey without providing an email address. Taking part in this study is voluntary. You will NOT be asked for your name or any other identifying information.
