❄️ Did the ice win last week? 🥶
If you slipped, slid, twisted, or caught yourself from falling — your body felt that… even if you didn’t hit the ground.
When you almost fall, your muscles tighten fast, your joints jar, and your body goes into “save yourself” mode. That can lead to:
