I can’t stress enough 😳 about staying hydrated when using PEMF. It may seem like you’re ok but drink extra water your muscles need extra!!

If you’re low on electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium calcium) your body has to work harder to stay balanced that can 😵❌lead to cramping fatigue and slower recovery.
My tip: after your PMF session, be sure to sip on water with a pinch of salt or use an electrolyte mix to help yourselves stay fully charged. You’ll feel the difference. When using salt use Himalayan or Real Salt ( ancient find sea salt) it doesn’t take much just a pinch in a glass.
