Friends! In addition to teaching yoga, I train yoga teachers with Live Free, and there is something absolutely BONKERS happening right NOW.

Our upcoming online training is being offered as PAY WHAT YOU CAN. A 200 hour yoga teacher certification is typically $2000-$3000, and in my 25 years of practicing yoga, I have NEVER heard of any school ever offering something like this.

I am beyond proud to be a part of this, and I hope you will join me and learn these tools to share with the world.

I want to share a gentle, trauma‑informed movement you can try at home to help your body feel safer and your mind clearer. Start seated with your feet on the floor. Place one hand on your belly, the other on your chest. Breathe slowly for five counts in, five counts out. Notice what you feel: tightness, warmth, a shift, or maybe nothing at all — all of it is okay. When you exhale, sway your hands across your belly in a soft, grounding arc. Repeat for 1–3 minutes. Let each sweep say: “I’m here. I’m safe.” Movement helps release held tension and communicates safety to your nervous system.
