Jen Brunner: Yoga + Wellness Jen Brunner delights in offering wellness events around southwest Montana and beyond. We celebrate and honor the ability and beauty of every unique body.

For over 15 years, she has cultivated experiences infused with uplifting energy, fun playlists and plenty of space to be - just as you are. In this increasingly stressful world, Jen Brunner desires to create opportunities where there is no striving to be or do something more. Her mission is to combine the benefits of excellent yoga with a healing, nourishing experience. Offerings include wellness workshops and group classes for all levels of experience, individual yoga therapy sessions and private gatherings upon request. We cannot wait to see you living loved, living free, living whole.

No matter who you are, where you live or how you’re feeling, please take some time for yourself today: Pause for a few deep breaths, go for a walk to soak up the life and fresh air around you, read a few pages in your favorite book. Roll out your mat and move only in ways that feel good and helpful for your body in this moment. Wash your face, apply a face mask, smile at your reflection. Kitchen dance parties are a favorite in our house, but I opted for quiet time doing a puzzle and eating graham crackers today. 😊 Truly: It all counts. Be good to you.
