Dumbbell Chestpress (10 reps)
• Before coaching - 55lb each
• After shred - 65’s-70’s top
• NOW - 75lb-80 top 🦍

Squats (10 reps) :
•Before coaching - 135lb
•After Shred - 175lb
•NOW - 205-215lbs🦍

Lateral Raises (10 reps)
•Before coaching - 20lb
•NOW - 30-35lb

SO PROUD OF THIS GUY. In our 3 month journey together, we’ve made insane gains in building mass, getting shredded, and gaining mad strength. Acccording to him after our 7-week cut, he was the “MOST SHREDDED he’s EVER been”. Now? He’s the STRONGEST he’s ever been and most definitely the biggest. This guys got a drive and determination I admire and I couldn’t be happier to be this guys coach and a part of his journey. Only up from here my guy😤🏆

Jesse’s 7.5-Week SHREDDED Transformation🏆


12/11/20: 157lb
2/1/21: 145.8lb

My guy Jesse burned off 11lb in just 7.5 weeks in our coaching journey together and according to him is the “MOST SHREDDED he’s EVER been”👊 Most disciplined I’d say too - our big goal was 149lb in two months and man did we surpass that by a mile! He also increased his strength in every single muscle group and his big main compound lifts.

Now that his goal has been achieved, we’re continuing coaching and this week, we jumped right into a REVERSE DIET program, where we’ll be slowly introducing more calories incrementally in order to begin building more lean muscle and keep all his well earned shreds, rather than rebound and gain tons of weight back - a very common occurrence after intense weight loss.

My boi is getting leaner & harder by the day💪 He still enjoyed the holidays, spent time with family & friends, and ate his fill🍪🥛 and STILL lost 6lb and made some INSANE shred gains in just our 1st month of coaching together. A beautiful 3-year transformation from my client
I’m so damn proud of what this guy’s accomplished, at such a young age of only 19 y/o. Sad to see him leave for a few months for basic training (so much cardio😫) but I can’t wait to get his physique right back to where we left off when he returns, build some EPIC proportions, and take this aesthetic physique to the men’s physique stage🏆 @ Oklahoma
