🌟 Congratulations, Amanda Claypoole! 🌟

We’re thrilled to announce Amanda’s promotion from LPN to RN Unit Manager at Shippenville Nursing & Rehab! After 17 years of compassionate, resident-centered care, Amanda is stepping into this leadership role to support both our residents and our nursing team.

As RN Unit Manager, she will oversee daily unit operations, mentor staff, ensure clinical standards, and collaborate with families and the team to provide the best outcomes for our residents.

Amanda shares: "My experience as an LPN gave me firsthand insight into the challenges our nurses face each day and the value of consistent, resident-centered care. Those experiences have given me the foundation and perspective I need to be an effective and empathetic leader."

She credits mentors, coworkers, leaders, family, and our residents themselves for inspiring and supporting her along the way.

This promotion celebrates years of dedication, learning, and a true love for long-term care. We’re proud to have Amanda as part of our Shippenville team!
