With nearly a decade of experience as a nurse practitioner, Dr. Linn brings a deeply compassionate, integrative approach to care. Her clinical focus includes hormonal imbalances, GI health, autoimmune conditions, and thyroid issues, all informed by her own personal journey with complex diagnosis and healing.

Dr. Linn believes that healing is not one-size-fits-all. She takes the time to listen, dig deeper, and empower patients with tools and education to take charge of their health.

In addition to her role at Lakeside, she continues to serve her community through behavioral health, public health outreach, and leadership in the Metro Milwaukee Nurse Practitioners Board.

I’ll be honest, dementia terrifies me. But I’m not just worried; I’m taking action. šŸ’Ŗ

Losing three family members to Alzheimer’s has made me acutely aware of the devastating impact it can have on individuals and families.

For me, protecting my brain health 🧠 is a top priority, and that’s why I’ve adopted the Mediterranean diet as a non-negotiable part of my daily routine, and I’ve spent the past year delving into the research on how the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle can support brain health.

✨Research has shown that the Mediterranean diet can reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s or another type of dementia by as much as 53%. ✨

Studies have consistently shown that a Mediterranean-style diet can have a significant impact on brain health and The World Health Organization specifically recommends following a Mediterranean diet to decrease dementia risk.

So, what can you do to protect your brain health? Here are a few non-negotiables that I’ve incorporated into my daily routine:
