Wholeheartedly agree. Today as part of my meditation, when your core and thoughts are positive you release and have serotonin and oxytocin. However when your emotions are negative, you high jack your amygdala and instead your mind sees danger and fills your body with cortisol and fight or flight sense.
Breathe inhaling deeply and take one more breath - then exhale slowly through your mouth like through a straw. Continue for a few minutes. Your heart will start slowing and you will balance your vagus nerve.
