Training them right! Had a little one join us. Stopped to let her watch the ducks. Stepped off the sidewalk and tweaked my ankle again! Pushed on and got in 2 miles. Better than last time. Building back to 3 miles and working for more! Those training for Sock out Cancer I’ll be there there helping instead of running but I’ll be shouting for you! April 4th at Lumiere Christmas Park Stonewall.

We had great time trying out the all new Ellipse from New Balance. Snacks and gifts were had by all!

We keep forgetting to post but we are out every Tuesday night walk’n running, with or without you. 80’s music trivia is rolling right now!
We are stoked to participate in the upcoming New Balance demo event. Can’t wait to give a run in the new Ellipse! March 14th! 1pm. !

Won’t be running/walking Shreveport tonight. Out of town for a conference but walking/running the riverwalk is a great idea! (Lots of others out here doing it and yes it’s cold!)
My tweaked ankle still doesn’t like me.

We have great lighted pathways paths for walks/runs every Tuesday night. Tired/busy or not we have managed to get out there and getting our or time in.

Last week was product testing week and we Thank SPIbelt for our new spibelts! Tonight we meet behind Run Wild Shreveport for our walk/run. Gets dark early now but thankfully the mile path we have marked out is well lit! Come out and join us. Will have some pickle juice on ice. 3RUN8

Tonight’s false fall night was great night for a walk & run. Wonderful temps, company and wind! We had chilled pickle juice and tonight’s. product try out was Revive and Revel sweat wipes. Infused/aloe and chamomile, offering a neutral scent that cleans, removing the grime after a gritty ride, mopping up sweat post-run, these wipes are versatile for all life’s moments. I’m out of town this week and after much discussion we have decided to cancel tonights group. It’s running a 100 degrees where I am too! Got a very early morning walk in and had to call it early already.
