GIRL, GET UP 💕 It’s Monday ☀️

📖 1 Corinthians 15:57 says, “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Victory is already yours, you just have to walk in it. You made it through things that were supposed to break you. You’re still standing, still pushing, still showing up… and that alone is proof that God has been with you this whole time.

Can’t nobody do you like Jesus. Nobody could’ve carried you the way He did. Nobody could’ve kept you, covered you, and brought you through the way He has.

Say it with confidence: Victory is mine. Peace is mine. Everything God has for me is mine.

God didn’t bring you this far to lose now 💕✨

Drank the water. took the meds. got 8 hours. avoided gluten, stress, and apparently joy. Still flaring. cool cool cool.
your body is not broken because it flared. it's sick. those are different things. You deserve grace for that, especially from yourself.
🤍 if you're in a flare right now and doing your best anyway

Did you know?

Did you know that today is The National Day of Rest for Black Women?

The National Day of Rest for Black Women is a day dedicated to honoring the resilience and contributions of Black women by encouraging them to prioritize rest and self-care. In 2025, this observance falls on March 10th, coinciding with the anniversary of Harriet Tubman's death. Harriet Tubman, renowned for her role in leading enslaved people to freedom via the Underground Railroad, also emphasized the importance of rest and restoration in the fight for liberation.

On this day, Black women are encouraged to take a break from their daily responsibilities, engage in activities that promote relaxation and well-being, and reflect on the historical significance of rest as a form of resistance. Communities and organizations may host events, workshops, or discussions focused on self-care practices, mental health awareness, and the celebration of Black women's achievements. ❤️🖤💚
