**✨ Fascia Talk: Hydrated vs. Dehydrated ✨
Our fascia — that incredible webbing that wraps, supports, and connects everything in the body — is living, responsive, and deeply influenced by hydration.
When fascia is hydrated, it’s supple, glides beautifully, and allows your muscles, nerves, and lymph to flow the way they’re meant to. Energy moves more freely, pain decreases, and the whole body feels more spacious and aligned.

Yesterday’s Holiday at the Village was an absolute whirlwind of magic. ✨
We sold out of so many of our handcrafted pieces, our pack was completely wiped out — in the best way possible!
But… after a 14-hour day, we had zero time to restock for Channel Islands today, and as much as it breaks my heart to miss it, we need this day to rebuild, recharge, and get everything ready for next week.
I’m so grateful for every hug, every purchase, every conversation, and every bit of support you showed us yesterday. Truly — you all made our holiday season feel extra sparkly. 🤍

Last night’s supermoon — the Cold Supermoon — was something truly magical. 🌕
Here’s why it felt so powerful — and why I couldn’t resist making moon water:
The “supermoon” isn’t just poetic — it’s real: on December 4 the moon hit perigee (its closest point to Earth), which makes it appear slightly bigger and brighter than usual. 🌔
Compared with an average full moon, this one was nearly 8% larger and about 12–15% brighter — subtle to measure, but unmistakable to feel. And boy, was I feeling it! ☺️💜🙌🏼💫
Because of where Earth and the Sun are in December, this moon climbed higher in the sky than most full moons — that height amplified the energy and the glow.
So I stood under that luminous glow, felt its pull, and filled a jar with moon-kissed water — soaked in intention, clarity, and feminine magic. 💧✨
There was something about last night that cut through the heaviness of the season and whispered:
“Let go. Trust. Reset.”
And in moments like this — under a sky shimmering with lunar energy — I remember how much we’re tied to the cycles of Earth, moon, and spirit. 🌙💜 Reconnect with nature, the universe and yourself as we usher out 2025 and welcome a new year! ☺️♥️🙌🏼💫🙏🏻

🌕✨ December 4th Supermoon Energy + Something New Brewing… ✨🌕
This upcoming supermoon has me feeling all kinds of reflective. Supermoons always amplify energy — they pull old patterns up to the surface, help us see things clearly, and give us that little cosmic push toward what’s next. And honestly… I’m welcoming it. Bring it on!!! 💫
This year has been huge for me — in my massage work, my energy work, my healing room, the chiro office, and the community that’s been growing around Earth’s Candy Crystals for years. From deep release sessions to beautiful breakthroughs, it’s been such a gift to hold space for so many of you.
And under this supermoon, something keeps nudging me forward.
A little whisper of: “Expand.”
Which brings me to something I’ve been dreaming about…
✨ I’m thinking about offering monthly sound bath gatherings in 2025. ✨
A space to breathe, reset, release, recharge…
A space where vibration, crystals, intention, sound, massage wisdom, and energy work all meet in one gentle container.
I’ve been doing so much one-on-one work — and I LOVE it — but I’m feeling called to create a group experience too. Something communal, soothing, lunar, and aligned.
