Three cheers for our Sous Chef, Bricksy! 😊 He always delivers tasty snacks for our Happy Hour. He is originally from Guatemala. He went to Cordon Bleu and uses that knowledge to keep the residents happy with great entrees, desserts and snacks! We are so grateful for him. ❤️

Volleyball is one of our resident's favorite activities. ❤️ We play cooperatively to volley the ball as many times as possible before it hits the ground. We broke our record this week- our new record is 196! We count bounces off the head, arm and feet. 🤭 It is an excellent cardio workout and laugh so much. 😅

Chef William created mouth-watering treats for our Italian themed Apertivo. 😋 Then the residents of Simi Hills went for gold in their own Olympics! They competed in discus, shotput, javelin, curling and the ski jump. The winners were awarded prizes and we all had a great time!
