To better care for our patients, we are taking time to invest in our team with a staff-wide team building day. Our office will be closed early Friday, 07/18 at 12:00 PM, and we will resume normal business hours on Monday, 07/21.
If you need medication refills for the weekend, please call us today so we can prepare them in time.

Gail began her journey with Grace as a scribe and has ended this year as our dedicated triage nurse and LPN. Her growth and commitment to our team have been nothing short of inspiring.
The work she does is truly invaluable to our patients, and the support she provides to our providers is something we could never thank her enough for. She plays a critical role in making sure our clinic runs efficiently and our patients receive the care they need.
We are proud of all she’s accomplished and grateful to have her as part of the Grace team. Thank you for one year Gail, here is to many many more!
