✨ Important Update to Our Booking Policy ✨
We’ve noticed an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows recently, and while we understand that life happens, these missed appointments have a real impact. Each spot on our schedule is reserved specifically for you, and products like Botox, Filler, and GLP-1’s are prepared and purchased ahead of time for your treatment.
To ensure fairness and to value everyone’s time — including ours — we will enforce the $50 deposit to secure all appointments.
✅ The deposit will go toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
❌ Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for missed appointments.
Our goal is to continue providing the best care and experience for all of our clients. We truly appreciate your understanding, support, and respect for our time and the work that goes into preparing your services. 💉💛
