ProActive is a private practice physical therapy clinic with a location in both Sioux Center and Sheldon. Sioux Center Physical Therapists Julie Arends, Steve Haveman and Henry Byl have over 20 years of combined experience. Physical Therapists Chad Petitt, Kayla Kruger and Elise Huss are taking patients in our Sheldon location. Physical Therapist Assistants Kristi Van Wyk, Kristi Vander Veen, Katelyn Smit, Alexia Katsma and Robyn Franken.
