Always remember to breathe. Taking deep breathes can help you get through your day whether it's stress, anxiety, being overwhelmed or even sometimes being in any kind of pain. I tell me clients to breathe from the lower belly when working through a bit of a difficult area. Taking that time to focus and relax help immensely. Hopefully this little tidbit can help someone today, tomorrow, and all of the following days.

It's a new year! I'm ready to make this year great and doing things to take care of my body and also my mind by focusing on my overall health. Believe it or not, massage is a part of health and helps take care of both body and mind by releasing pent-up tension and calming your nervous system. I, of course, love massage and fully believe in it and just want to let people know how great it is as well.
