Meet the Herd Monday!
Each Monday over the next two months we will be introducing each member of the herd! 🙌🏻

Welcome! My name is Becky Simoni and I am the founder of The Oracle Herd. Or better yet, I have been blessed by the herd that has found me! Ever since I was a young child, I could feel the creatures, the trees, the cosmos, and the people around me. As I got older, I became very aware of my own intuition and the wavelengths of energy around us. To be one with Mother Earth, feeling her vibration in me and around me. While also simultaneously being connected to the higher vibrations of the heavens, the cosmic realms. To be truly connected as ONE, to the purest of energy. The universe has brought together the Oracle herd, which consists of humans and horses to hold space and provide those with this energy healing. To allow the people we work with to be grounded by Mother Earth while also being able to dance in the upper realms.

I am a certified Reiki practitioner and Golden Oracle. I have not only been holding sacred space for several years as an Oracle and Energy Worker but am also a licensed mental health therapist who works as an eco-therapist and founder of Prairie River Counseling. I am honored to be a part of the journey you have been called to follow.

What is trauma?

Trauma can be loud; trauma can be quite and invisible. It can be big and it can be small. There is no clear definition of trauma, besides, if it felt like trauma to you, then yes, it was trauma.

What if trauma is not just about what has happened to you, but also about what your body has been holding onto to survive?

It can look like:
- Always feelings on edge
- Shutting down or going numb
- Losing yourself to others
- Struggling to know what "safe" is

Nothing is "wrong" with you. Your body just has adapted the best way it knew how.

Coming this May 17th Prairie River Counseling is offering a women's trauma recovery group called "Coming Home to Yourself". This group is for women ready to gently begin again, who want to come back home.
