My next gentle breathwork at Alchemy House is November 9th at 4pm! This session is kept serene with just 4 attendees. I guide you through a gentle breathwork helping calm your nervous system while receiving a 40min salt session. A 40min salt therapy session is $35 on its own and you can come experience both for $40! We supply a cushy yoga mat, bolster for your knees and a blanket. If a chair is preferred we can accommodate that too! Grab you spot before it’s claimed.
