We hosted our first Waldorf-inspired HANDWORK CIRCLE with and had so much fun teaching parents and kids sewing skills for natural-material treasures. That's a wrap! 's 4 day birth doula training at wrapped up on Sunday.

The team at Transitions welcomes these 9 new Doulas to the birth world! The birth community is close knit, and we are so excited to have more passionate people serving families in this transformative way.

These nine Doulas are in the first cohort of Transitions new program Foundations in Doula Practice. This is a 6 month doula mentorship program to help new Doulas get off to a good start right out of the blocks.

Congrats, lovely Doulas! Go forth and change the world through birth in your communities!

Coming up Tuesday night! A night focused on understanding the connection between estrogen and histamines and how they affect one another. Prepare your body NOW for those pesky Springtime allergies!
