Okayyyy so here’s a little life update!

I’ve been BUSYYYY busy with work lately (like… who approved this schedule??), but I promise I haven’t abandoned my crafts!! I’ve still been squeezing in creative time whenever I can — I just need to be better about actually taking pictures before it’s too late. 😬

ALSO… I started a 75-day challenge because apparently I woke up and chose ✨growth✨ and ✨discipline✨ (who is she??). We’re out here trying to become a better version of ourselves one day at a time 🙂

Spicy tuna bowl 🌶️🍚

This was one of my favorite easy meals when I wanted something filling, balanced, and simple. Made with ½ can of tuna, a little spicy mayo, rice, avocado, cucumber, and zucchini — it kept me full all the way until dinner.

You can always adjust to your needs: add more rice, load up on extra veggies, or tweak the spice level to taste.

My personal bowl came in at 282 calories, but the real win was how satisfying it was. Nourishing food doesn’t have to be complicated 🤍

A little look back at 2025, through my kitchen 🍽️✨

Between creating art, I spent a lot of time creating meals too — simple, cozy, nourishing, and made with care. Cooking has been one of my quieter creative outlets this year, and it felt right to give it a small moment here.

And yes — the not-so-perfect, comfort, “cheat” meals made the cut too, because balance matters and joy is part of nourishment.
