Our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured support while you continue working, caring for your family, and living your daily life.

We also offer supportive group options including:
Aftercare Group – For those who have completed inpatient treatment or intensive outpatient treatment. It is clinician lead and focuses on the “here and now” of recovery.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT) Group – Learn to recognize triggers, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build healthier coping skills.

Crossroads Group – A faith-based therapy group that integrates spiritual, emotional, and mental health support for those who desire it.
