This January, I’ll be partnering with 4Ever Fit to host Mind & Motion, a FREE 3-part New Year seminar series designed to help you create real, lasting change—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for more, these mornings are for you. I’ll be sharing practical tools to gain clarity, reclaim ownership of your life, and build the support you need to move forward with confidence.

Each session is open to the public, and you’re also invited to an optional FREE 45-minute group workout afterward. Come to one or join all three—I’d love to see you there.
