Thank you to at for helping break out of my shell and back into my favorite way to move! Thanks to a torn plantar plate I’ve been “out of the game” for over a year! 😭

I now have a toe that doesn’t bend, and I’m not sure if it will down the road- this makes a lot of my favorite postures tricky… But as you know- We make the postures fit our bodies, not the other way around. It was a little comical, but I loved it and am grateful! Thanks Kym!

This was a hard week. The kind where you wrestle with something that is not flesh and blood, and in a whack-a-mole sort of way. It feels easy to
-play the toxic tape on repeat in your head
-throw up walls
-harden your heart
-give up

But I refuse. No weapon formed against me will prosper. My battle belongs to God. Nothing is wasted.
