Our Wellness Day was a beautiful reminder of the power of community, care, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a morning of grounding yoga, meaningful conversations, and shared learning. We’re so grateful to our wellness guides — Caro Benjamin, Dr. Dalia Davood, and Dr. Rachil Zaia — who brought their expertise in yoga, OB/GYN care, and family medicine focused on women’s health to guide our time together.

Thank you to the Return to Babylon film team — a film by Marie Dault, Sémiramis Ide, and Sébastien Daycard-Heid, directed by Sébastien Daycard-Heid, and a documentary project by Agnès Ide Banipal — to the Assyrian Student Association for their partnership, and to everyone who attended and supported this screening.

Return to Babylon reflected on the resilience of Assyrian heritage and explored the questions of return, belonging, and preserving culture across generations. This night reminded us how meaningful it is to gather and celebrate stories together.
