🥤🔥 Are you starting Lean, Metaburn, or Block for the first time this month? ~~~INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE~~~
First off, it's important to be consistent with your products every day and make healthy diet choices so that your body is working with your products instead of against them. (I suggest cutting out the sodas, but also be mindful of cutting out artificial sweeteners like Splenda and Aspartame... those actually feed harmful organisms in the gut and contribute to increased sugar cravings and poor gut health.) Instead I suggest drinking lots of water (half your body weight in ounces per day is a great starting place!), avoiding sugar & processed carbs, and focusing your meals around protein, fat, and non-starchy veggies.
Be especially watching for changes in your energy, focus, cravings, stress levels, sleep quality, inflammation & pain, immune system, digestion, body composition (how your clothes fit and what you see in the mirror)... and you can even be watching for improvements in your lab work such as cholesterol levels and blood pressure when you go to the doctor for check-ups!
If weight loss is one of your goals, then I encourage you to measure and weigh before starting your products, then stay off the scale for at least your first 30 days! (Preferrably forever, haha!) 😉 The initial detox process these products stimulate can cause some fluctuations, and furthermore the scale is just not an accurate measurement of your body composition or your overall health. It doesn't take into account muscle gains/losses vs fat, nor does it take into account hydration, where you are in your hormone cycle, inflammation, etc. It is very common that my clients and team members see a loss in inches before a loss in pounds... so the best measure of your progress is the mirror, the fit of your clothes, and your measurements.
