Why is fruit sugar still so misunderstood? 🍉🍇🍌
I’m not 100% raw or vegan (though I’m about 97%), but this lifestyle helped me reverse serious medical issues that doctors couldn’t fix.
There are entire books—written by doctors—explaining the regenerative power of fruit. Yet so many still fear it. Why? Cognitive dissonance. We’ve been so conditioned to believe certain narratives that anything challenging them gets rejected without question.
To each their own, but it’s wild how often people show up in these spaces just to bash fruit and preach that “protein is everything.”
Let me share what fruit and raw living foods have done for me:

I saw so many specialists—PCP, endocrinologist, neurologist, rheumatologist, allergist, ER doctors. Every one of them had a pill, not a solution.
One GI told me to take Aleve daily… then take Prilosec to deal with the damage Aleve would cause. 🤯 Another wanted to put me on multiple medications. I walked away—and changed my life through food and lifestyle.
The body wants to heal. The system isn’t designed to help it.
Food is medicine. Fruit is not the enemy.
