Join two powerhouse healers LLC & Emily Grey Mattocks this Sunday, August 28th at 5pm for a transformative event combining facilitated breathwork with vibrational sound bowl frequencies supporting the mind, body and spirit.

Expect a 15-minute grounding guided meditation followed by 28- minutes of 3-part circular breath. This technique is called Conscious Connected Breathing and it can help relieve anxiety, manage stress, remove emotional blocks, aid digestion, strengthen the lungs, recalibrate the nervous system and more. Vibrational Sound Bowls and other instruments will be played to support the overall hour-long experience.

What you will need & reminders:
- yoga mat (mats available at studio if needed)
- avoid eating 1-2 hours before event
- be sure to stay until the end of the meditation so your body can re-adjust after breath work
- bring a journal if you'd like to jot down notes from your experience

Hotworx is hosting a community car wash on Saturday, June 4th from 10am-2pm!
It will be held at Mami Taco on Whitlock Ave and all proceeds will go directly toward a local non-profit called The Mighty Millie Foundation for childhood cancer research.
It's going to be a lot of fun for a good cause!!! Car washes will be $10.
