This was the highlight of my birthday. Grief is hard. But I’m so glad that I was able to not only see this moment but to capture so that way, we can all relive this moment for a lifetime.

Two years ago, my dad, my mom‘s husband of 49 years passed away. About five years ago, my auntie lost her husband of almost 40 years. A few years ago, she got remarried and two years ago around the same time my dad passed her new husband passed away.

To see both of them experienced this level of joy just by being with each other is the highlight of my birthday. Yesterday was a good day!

Your gender or genetics being the leading of fibroids. Now it’s true you do have to have a uterus and be a female descent to have them, but fibroids are more lifestyle driven.

And your diet might be the hidden culprit—either feeding them or helping starve them. It’s time to shift the narrative. Fibroids are deeply tied to lifestyle choices, including what’s on your plate.

The #1 thing women with fibroids ignore… and it’s destroying their progress.

You change your diet, try supplements, even consider surgery. But this hidden factor keeps fibroids
inflamed and hormones completely out of balance.

That factor is stress. Until you manage it,
fibroids won’t stop.

Now, we all experience stress. There’s really no way around it as long as we’re dealing with human beings—because, people can be stressful. But what matters most is what you do with the stress.

You must have something that brings stress relief. That might look like going to your prayer closet, sitting in your car for an extra 10 minutes and taking deep breaths, taking a trip, or working with a therapist.

Whatever it is, make sure you are intentionally implementing it.

When stress is left unmanaged, cortisol levels rise—and elevated cortisol throws hormones out of balance, fueling the growth of fibroids and contributing to heavy and painful periods.

Starting your morning on the right nutritional track increases your chances of staying focused throughout the day.

At 7:00 AM this morning, I was in the kitchen juicing. By 7:45 AM, I was in the car on my way to the airport, and by 10:00 AM, I was in the air—with snacks in my bag: bananas and some seeds.

juice ingredients: dinosaur kale, celery, grapes, broccoli, sprouts, micro greens, lemon, pineapple, apple, ginger and spirulina.

Whipping up some womb- and fibroid-friendly detox meals. So grab your copy of the WOMBSTRONG book, drop the word book in the comments.

As I’m currently detoxing, Today I pulled out the WOMBSTRONG book to make this delicious jackfruit “chik’n” salad. For protein, I added a small amount of lentils, and for nutrient density, I layered in broccoli, sprouts, microgreens, and red cabbage—all of which support detoxification and help create a healthier womb.
