Trigger warning: ⚠️ Passing of an animal 💔
Last week, I witnessed an awful accident where an animal was involved. I could NOT get it out of my head / heart. I kept seeing the whole thing on replay in my head. I was way overdue for my quarterly energetic tune up, so I reached out to SOS! Thank you for being so kind and supportive in your message back to me and our incredible session today! Our bodies really do hold on to trauma. I’m a highly sensitive person and I’ve just been devastated. This week I haven’t felt good and struggling with migraines. I’m so grateful for Emily and what I call my “energy ER” at her beautiful studio. Thank you sweet friend for helping me process the accident. I feel renewed and grateful! I don’t connect with talk therapy but Emily and I’ve worked together so long, that we can do a full therapy sesh in 10 min talk short hand! I’m grateful for your mentorship, Reiki gift and YOU!
