Hey guys! I’ve had a couple people tell me that MassageBook is giving them a hard time when booking, if that happens (these have been weeks apart so idk if it’s been a common issue or glitches here & there) please shoot us a text: 615-625-5061 & we can still get you booked manually.

Also, huge, HUGE thank you for all the support with our choice to go cardless. I haven’t had not a single person gripe or complain about it & my people pleaser heart is so thankful for that because WHEW that was a tough change to make but I think for us it was very necessary.

Six years ago we took such a large blind leap of faith. We signed a one year lease without absolutely any idea how to run a business.

You see, as a little girl or even a young adult, I never had the dream of being a “Boss Babe” or to own my own business. I never hoped & dreamed of being my own boss. I was VERY content being an employee. Actually I loved the place I was working at the time!

But we did it. We tell our story so often in hopes that others know you CAN! We are truly a “started from the bottom now we’re here” story! We didn’t know anyone when we moved to TN.

I mean we had 2 friends but they were busy with their own lives.
We didn’t grow up here.
We didn’t have roots here.
We didn’t have a community here waiting for us to come home.

We opened this business with ZERO people waiting to get on our tables. We opened this business with ZERO experience. We opened this business with ZERO ideas of if or how we would survive. We would play over so many scenarios in our heads in hopes of success.

I think success would be a massive understatement! Our business has gifted us so much:
A community
So many friends
Friends who became family
Frienemies 🤣
Freedom
Flexibility
The ability to raise our boys

Six years sounds like an eternity while also feeling like a blink of an eye in the same moment.

Fresh Start Massage Therapy has meant so much to me as an adult & really shows the strength & ability to turn an idea into my reality.

Our Fresh Start

Both Tabatha and Ross are military veterans- Air Force and Army respectfully. Ross served as a Combat Medic, deployed to Iraq and finished his 9.5 year enlistment as a Physical Therapist Technician. Tabatha served as a Presidential Ceremonial Guardsman and finished her 6 year enlistment as a Physical Therapist Technician as well. Tabatha was the first to get out of the military and has practiced as a Physical Therapist Assistant since. In 2017 Ross was getting out of the military and the two needed to decide where their post military life would be to raise their three boys and the greater Nashville area didn’t require a second thought. The idea of massage came about when Tabatha wanted to better herself as a PTA and found she just absolutely loved what massage therapy was all about. This peaked Ross’ interest and he started school soon after. Both graduates from Mind Body Institute in Nashville, they aim to bring their critical thinking skills from the military and their anatomy background from their Physical Therapy jobs to best serve their clients. Their move was not only a fresh start for their family, but also their careers.

Fresh Start Massage Therapy is very symbolic to these two passionate therapists wanting to give YOU the fresh start you deserve, with decreased pain and increased mobility, The name is also symbolic to their fresh start post military and finding their niche to still be able to serve their community.
