Growth doesn’t have to be loud to be significant. 🌱 As we move into a new month and a new season, remember that the quiet work you're doing on yourself matters just as much as the big milestones. Take a breath and repeat the words on this graphic. You are doing enough. You are enough. Save this to your 'Mental Health' folder for whenever you need a reminder to slow down.

February was more than a month—it was a movement. 💚 From the powerful connections made during Resiliency Week to taking our community’s voice directly to the State Capitol, we’ve spent the last 28 days proving that mental health advocacy and support is a team sport. Swipe through to see the faces, the spaces, and the powerful words that defined our month. Whether we were training in a library or meeting with legislators, our mission remained the same: to build a more resilient Cobb for every family.

A week we won’t soon forget. ✨ Resiliency Week 2026 was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when our community comes together with intention and care. Throughout the week, we saw meaningful connections formed, important conversations sparked, and a shared commitment to mental wellness take center stage.

We are deeply grateful to every speaker, sponsor, partner, and attendee who showed up—for themselves and for our community. Thank you for sharing your time, your expertise, and your stories with us. Take a look at some highlights from the week, and let’s keep this momentum going as we continue building a more resilient Cobb County together.

You deserve to thrive, not just survive. ✨ Historically, resilience has been defined by "pushing through," but true resilience includes knowing when to rest and heal. This month, we invite you to reflect on the words of Tricia Hersey and remember that your mental well-being is a priority. Let’s celebrate Black History by nurturing wellness. Save this post as a reminder for whenever you need a moment of peace.💚
