Retreat with the Solace Group founders Kim Roundtree and Monica Brown along with Nurse Nickie Graves at the Art of Living Retreat Center in the mountains of North Carolina. The Solace Group is mental health consulting company with a vision to support the helping professionals by offering an opportunity to decompress and recharge.

We have curated a retreat with self care workshops, spa services, chef prepared vegetarian meals, private accommodations and hiking trails on the property.

We’re back! Nurse Nickie’s 1st meditation session of 2023! Awww they’re laid out! I took time off to reset, recalibrate, rest, plan and now I’m ready to get back to work. I’m still enjoying the slower pace of Fall and Winter; going within and listening to my inner wisdom. ✨

Healing for the Healers Retreat 2022 is in the books!!! The arrival, check-in & meet and greet was so much fun! The accommodations were fantastic. Get that paperwork & let the activities begin! 😃

Seeing the excitement and handing out swag bags was everything! Love what I do!

Never give up!

Last year I got hit from behind by 2 trucks and sustained a mild concussion and a low back injury...I was crushed.

I couldn't compress my spine so strength training and running were off the table. After I was released to return to activities I still had pain and became discouraged.

I got out of shape and started gaining weight. I was not happy. The restrictions on my body had become my inner story...until yesterday.

I decided I wanted to run 🏃🏽‍♀️
I laced up my running shoes 👟 and went to the park. I thanked my Spirit Squad for healing and started slowly to run.

I was able to run 1.38 miles pain free with two 1-2 minute breaks. I eliminated the limiting belief that had me afraid to run again.

We have the agency in our own life to conquer thought patterns that keep us from our desires. I still followed the wisdom my body served me as to not injure myself.

Whatever you want do...don't give up, allow a new perspective and RUN!!!
