Our office is seeking a Medical Assistant.
The position is 21-32 hrs a week. 3-4 days a week.

Office hours vary between 8:00 and 5:00 Monday through Friday.

We have multiple office locations.

Must be willing to work in ALL office Locations: Snellville, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Conyers and Covington. Coming soon: Atlanta and Porterdale.

You are assigned an office a day and we try to alternate and split offices between different employees when feasible.

Our ideal candidate will have completed schooling for Medical Assisting, have knowledge in the medical field, and is familiar with basic medical terminology and blood draw.

Being a small office, attendance and flexibility is very important. Our position requires multi tasking, excellent computer skills, a team player, and a fast learner.

Must be willing and able to greet all patients friendly and with a smile and have good phone etiquette.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is excited to learn and grow within our company. A quick learner who can work independently along with knowing what needs to be done without being told.

Must have reliable child care arrangements. Responsibility, flexibility, and organizational skills are a must.

FRONT and BACK office duties
Venipuncture/Blood Draw, Lab Specimen Prep
Appointment & Test Scheduling
Answering Phones / Telecommunications
Patient Scheduling
Vitals
Medication Review and Refill Request
Taking and Responding to Patient Messages
Travel to multiple locations
Flexibility
Check in/Check out
You will work front some days and back other days.

Our new Lawrenceville office is now open for business! If you are looking for a Nephrologist in the Lawrenceville area give us a call! Established office patients are welcome to switch to our Lawrenceville office if it is more convenient for you! You will have the same physician and staff treating you. We are located in the Publix shopping center at Sugarloaf Pkwy and Five Forks.
