September’s full moon is called the red corn moon and also coincides with a total lunar eclipse. Although the eclipse will not be visible from North America, we will still enjoy the energy of the moon, practice releasing stored emotions and limiting beliefs, as well as make way for new ideas and potential. Our full moon flow will include moon salutations which are creative, flowing, and freeing in a way that makes for a fun and mindful practice.

Join us for an all-levels Vinyasa Yoga class set against the backdrop of a full moon over Lake Nebagamon.

Welcome Independence Day with this all-levels “Freedom Flow” vinyasa style class. Class is accessible to all fitness levels with modifications and challenges offered. Lawn Beach is providing one complimentary drink with the class and additional cash bar. Bring a water bottle, mat, and towel. Class is held rain or shine.
