🛑 HALT: The Check-In That Can Change Everything 🛑

Ever find yourself spiraling, overeating, snapping at someone, or feeling completely unmotivated—and you’re not sure why?
That’s your sign to HALT and check in with yourself. 🙏

H.A.L.T. stands for:
🔹 HUNGRY – Have you eaten something nourishing today, or are you running on empty?
🔹 ANGRY – Are you holding on to frustration or resentment that needs to be released?
🔹 LONELY – Do you need connection, love, or just someone to talk to?
🔹 TIRED – Have you been pushing through exhaustion without giving yourself rest?
