Spring has a way of asking us to take an honest look at what we’re carrying.
Not everything we’ve held onto was meant to come with us into this next season.
Some things were necessary for survival…
but not for growth.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about how quiet this kind of transformation really is. It’s not always a big, dramatic reset. Sometimes it looks like outgrowing old patterns,
releasing expectations, or finally giving yourself permission to choose differently.
Shedding isn’t about loss, it’s about making space.
Growth isn’t always visible, but it’s always happening.
And new beginnings don’t require perfection, just willingness.
If you’re in a season of in-between… this is your reminder: you’re allowed to start again, as many times as you need.
