Not everyone shows it when they’re struggling.

Some people crack a joke while they’re breaking inside.

Some bury themselves in work to quiet the noise.

Some smile and say “I’m fine” because it feels easier than explaining.

You don’t always see the battles people are carrying but they’re there. That’s why kindness matters.

It doesn’t fix everything, but it can be the reminder that someone isn’t invisible, that they’re not carrying it all alone.

A little patience, a softer word a small act of care. It goes further than you think.
