We have our costume winners! We asked people to click the LIKE button to vote for the costumes they liked best. We have selected a group winner and a solo winner. Our solo winner is Karcyn (vampire) at the District Office in Pulaski County. The group vote was very close, but Taylor County (Disney Royalty) received the most likes and is named the group winner. Adair County (Bob Ross and the Happy Trees) was only a couple of votes behind. Bragging rights established until next year!
