Diastasis Recti Sucks! BUT, Can be Corrected without Muscle repair surgery π²π²
Being a Woman can be tough, especially as we get older & after having kids. I have 3 Kids all C-sections, I had Severe Diastasis Recti, because of that I ended up with a Hernia (belly button sticking out!)
*Diastasis Recti is when your abdominal wall separates during pregnancy making room for baby. It can also be caused my excessive weight gain.
Diastasis recti comes in a variation of forms, Diagram π. Most women who have the Mommy pooch may not realize it could be Diastasis Recti.
I tried Everything to get rid of this! I made all the mistakes. For Example Crunches are a HUGE βοΈ for women who have diastasis recti or a weak Pelvic Floor.
Having this awful separation can cause a lot of different medical issues, there's a reason our abdominal wall is there, to protect our organs beneath.
I want women to be aware of this incase your struggling with a pooch or notice the "Doming" that won't go away no matter what you do. It could be Diastasis Recti.
After my LONG journey with trying to close this up. After making every mistake in the book. I started to learn & listen to my body.
Long story short, this is what inspired me to go back to school & get my Certifications from The National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training, Nutrition/Metabolic Nutrition & Now I own 143Fit.
I am also continuing my education and becoming Certified in Pilates of all forms, from Mat to Reformer.
I did all this because I wanted to help other women feel Amazing again, from the inside out. ** REMEMBER you need to work your core (Deep Core) from the inside out.
