Purr Project Animal Rescue Closing November 20, 2025
After much thought and reflection, we have made the very difficult decision to close Purr Project Animal Rescue on November 20, 2025.
Since our founding, this rescue has been a labor of love saving countless cats and dogs, providing medical care, and ensuring that every animal we could reach had a chance at a better life. Our fosters, volunteers, adopters, and especially our donors have been the heartbeat of this work. We are forever grateful for your trust, generosity, and compassion.
Closing our doors is not about any one challenge or circumstance it is about making a conscious choice to conclude this chapter with purpose, while ensuring every animal in our care is placed in a safe, loving home. The rescue world is full of both joy and difficulty, and while we’ve faced our share of both, the impact we’ve made together will always be something to be proud of.
We will continue to honor all existing spay and neuter appointments through the month of October, with our last appointments taking place by October 28th booking is still open at this time at the link listed below:
