2025 was not an easy year — and that wasn’t accidental.
In numerology, it was a 9 year — a year of endings, shedding, and deep internal clearing.
For many women, this showed up as:
• relationship challenges
• work shifts or burnout
• identity changes
• quiet internal struggles that wouldn’t let up
Nothing was “wrong” with you.
You were making space.
As we move toward a new cycle, that space matters more than you realize.

Pick a word or phrase that is something you want to get to...you don't currently think this way or believe it...
but when you repeat it over and over again every single day, something magical starts to happen.
you start to believe and then embody it. it becomes part of you!
it might take a week or a month or a year. it just depends on how deep the opposing thought and believe goes, but don't give up!

So many people have been conditioned to believe that rest must be earned — after the to-do list is finished, after everyone else is taken care of, after you’ve pushed through just a little more.
But rest isn’t a reward for productivity.
It’s a necessary part of emotional regulation, clarity, and sustainable growth.
When you allow yourself to pause, you’re not falling behind — you’re supporting your nervous system so you can show up more grounded and present.

My Story
I found myself as an adult very angry and reactive and it affected my personal and work relationships. I had alot of conflict in my life and was extremely judgmental of others. I also kept choosing the same man with a different face and name! When I reflect back, I see that I had created an island of 1-me. I distanced myself from everyone in my life...but why? So I wouldn’t be hurt. See I hurt others before they could hurt me. This was my defense mechanism that I created. Now in the world I looked like a strong and independent woman (and I was and am) but this was a socially acceptable defense mechanism. One day after yet another failed relationship, something clicked inside of me and I decided that NOTHING was more important than getting to the bottom of why I was so angry and why I kept making the same decisions that would give me the same result-and this result did NOT leave me feeling good about myself. So I sought out a teacher-the universe led me to her:) and I began a DEEP DIVE into myself. I called this work ‘no stone goes unturned’. It is those years of work with my teacher that allows me to give and serve the way I do today. And one of the foundations of this work was MEDITATION. If any of this resonates with you or turns on a voice inside that says, ‘I cannot wait another minute to make the changes I need to feel happy and at peace with myself”, then reach out to me.
