Fitness Friday!
You don’t need to lift like a bodybuilder to benefit from strength training.
Even 2–3x/week of smart, functional strength work can:

✅ Prevent injuries
✅ Improve joint stability
✅ Boost mobility & balance
✅ Increase power (yes, even in your golf swing)
✅ Reduce aches & pain over time

🔁 The stronger you are, the more resilient you become — on and off the course.

Golf Tip Tuesday!
Power Starts at the Hips – Not the Hands

Golfers often compensate for poor hip mobility or stability by overusing their shoulders or lower back — leading to decreased power and increased risk of injury.

This week’s tip:
Focus on hip mobility and rotational strength. Not only will this improve your swing mechanics, but it also helps protect your lumbar spine and shoulders from overuse.

Hip Mobility Exercise:
Try this simple drill at home – “90/90 Hip Rotations.” Great for mobility, easy to do, and super effective for prepping the body pre-round or during your off days.
