2 best MLB draft pick pitchers for the Gamecocks this were Will Sanders and Jack Mahoney. No coincidence those guys took their training and nutrition to a serious level. Most all college pitchers need to eat more and develop a lot more muscle. Mass = Gas on the mound. I miss working with those dweebs. Wishing them the best of luck in their careers. Those guys deserve pro.

Working with a dietitian in Columbia, SC can have numerous benefits for your health and wellness. A dietitian is a healthcare professional who specializes in nutrition and can help you develop and maintain healthy eating habits that are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Here are some reasons why it's important to work with a dietitian in Columbia, SC:

Personalized Nutrition Plans: A dietitian can help you create a personalized nutrition plan based on your health goals, medical conditions, and lifestyle. They can work with you to identify any nutrient deficiencies, intolerances, or allergies you may have and recommend healthy foods and meals that will help you meet your specific needs.

Weight Management: Maintaining a healthy weight is essential for good health, and a dietitian can help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight. They can provide guidance on portion control, meal planning, and healthy food choices to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

Medical Conditions: If you have a medical condition that requires a specific diet, a dietitian can help you create a meal plan that meets your unique nutritional needs. For example, if you have diabetes, a dietitian can help you manage your blood sugar levels by recommending foods that won't cause a spike in your glucose levels.

Improved Digestive Health: Poor nutrition can lead to digestive problems like bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. A dietitian can help you identify the root cause of these issues and recommend changes to your diet that will improve your digestive health.

Education: A dietitian can provide education on healthy eating habits, nutrient-dense foods, and healthy meal preparation techniques. They can also help you understand food labels and teach you how to make healthier food choices when dining out.

Support and Accountability: Working with a dietitian can provide you with the support and accountability you need to make lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle. They can help you stay on track with your nutrition goals and provide motivation and encouragement when you need it most.

A registered dietitian is an expert in nutrition who can help you accomplish your health and fitness goals. Here’s how…

Some great takeaways from our Weds mentorship meeting: "You can gain something from any job, no matter how bad.", "If you don't get along with anyone in your program, maybe its you who needs to change."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUJMEoPhFMY video recap here.

Other topics brought up: How to get a job or contract with a specific sport or team, How to cater a team-talk to a HS football team, and How to move up to a better paying program or conference.
