This past Sunday, we hosted our first-ever sober tailgate and it was nothing short of inspiring. 🦅💚

What started as an idea to create a space where recovery and community could come together turned into something truly special. RCA alumni, staff, friends, and supporters joined us to celebrate football, connection, and the joy of living sober in Philadelphia.

In a culture where drinking is often part of the game-day routine, this event stood as a reminder: recovery isn’t about missing out, it’s about gaining everything that truly matters.

We’re grateful for the support of the Philadelphia Eagles, as we proudly lead the way in normalizing substance-free celebrations and continuing to build spaces where everyone can belong. And huge thanks to Liquid Death for keeping our crew hydrated and donating some killer merch for our raffle!

October is National Substance Use Prevention Month.

This week’s Substance Guide focuses on the dangers of “legal” or over-the-counter substances like kratom, nitazenes, tianeptine, and 7-Hydroxy-7 (7-OH).

Though sold in stores and gas stations, these drugs can act on the same brain receptors as opioids—putting users at risk for dependence, withdrawal, and overdose.
