Any one who says there is no beauty in the world must not be looking very hard. It seems far away because we spend all our time at work or on the highway. Get off the beaten path there is beauty all around!

My first Metric century 105 km or 65 miles. Comparable to what would ordinarily be a 30 mile run for me! So making do and keeping the legs moving!! Anybody else break a foot what did you do to keep in shape!

The first step to overcoming your problems is identifying them. The easiest way to identify them ask yourself the right questions?

Do you believe in yourself? Do you think that you are worthy of having a better life? Do you like who you are? If the answer is no then you have found a few good places to start. And if the answer is yes ask yourself some more questions.

Easy half with my sister. She slowed me down a little bit but it was a good recovery run after a hot humid 30 yesterday!!
